AM Radio Noise

What is your question?

I get AM radio noise.I find it can be stopped by slightly pulling up on the parking brake which turns off the daytime running lights. Dealer has tried a couple times to repair, but it's still doing it. Anybody else have this problem and has anybody had it fixed by dealer?
