air conditioner fan does not come on.Can it be a fuze?

it could be, but more likely it's a defective blower motor or speed regulator.

it is the blower regulator,,,look for a behr if you can find one i did on ebay,,brand new for 45 dollars but generally they run around 60-120,,you probably can find one on ebay or try fcpeuro,,great deals on oem mercedes parts,,no haha im not on commission,,i use them,,,all the time
