What is your question?

MY AIR CONDITIONER COOLS WHEN IN THE GARAGE OR A COOL PLACE ,BUT WHEN IT GETS OUT INTO THE HEAT IT DOESN'T COOL. LAST YEAR I HAD THE FLUID PUT IN AND AT FIRST WHEN IN A COOL PLACE IT WORKED , BUT DIDN'T LAST.

You may need to recharge your unit. If this is the case you will want your unit serviced and have any leaks you find fixed. You should also ensure that you run your A/C for about 10 to 15 min every month to help keep the system lubricated to prevent seals from becoming dry rot in the off season. Also take a look at your evaporator and see if you just need to clean it.
