air conditioner on 2000 Ford Excursion

the air stopped in the front but still worked in the back, started working after 20 min. worked the next day, the following day stopped working in front still working in the back now for 3 day

I would first do a gauged pressure inspection of the A/C system to make sure you have enough r-134 in your system and that your compressor is working ok. Then once the running pressures are determined then you can trace down the problem. Good Luck!
