AIR CONDITIONER

I have seen this when the compressor clutch is going out. There seems to be an open circuit problem as the compressor and clutch get hot. This is just a guess though, have it checked out to be sure. You can try checking the power supply to the clutch when the A/C is not working, if it has power and the clutch is not activating, then it is bad.
