air condition blows hot air

What is your question?

I ran the air on heat mode for about a mile until I realized it, and when I switched it to cold it now only blows hot! air, it worked just fine before that

What makes this problem better or worse?

nothing the air only blows heat in hot or cold

How long has your 2007 Ford Taurus had this problem?
