after getting hot it gets sluggish

only in extreme heat after driving car becomes sluggish and does not want to go above 50-60 mph. cool weather no problem problem. replaced tbi unit. seemed to get better. But now its acting up again

What makes this problem better or worse?

better is when it is cool out, worse once its driven and gets hot
