Adding Cruise Control

Ford does not sell a factory authorized accessory speed control system for this vehicle. The last Focus they made one for was a 2006 model. Aftermarket is the only way to go, as Roy stated. I would find a local accessory shop - folks that do car stereos and such - and have them quote you.
