Customer Concern: The blower motor comes on high and then shuts off. Intermittent. Can hear a relay going on. Works on speed 5, not on 1-4. Also stops Daytime Running Lights (DRL) operation at the same time blower is inoperative.
Tests/Procedures: 1. Test voltage at HVAC CTRL labeled 20 amp fuse with fan set in speeds 1-4.

2. If voltage is not same as across the battery test voltage in and out of the ignition switch during the same conditions.

3. Test terminal contact, replace ignition switch.
Potential Causes: HVAC Power
Ignition Switch
Ignition Switch Power

this is only a A/C problem Cutting in and out, if I hate the gas pedal hard the a/c will cut off. it not air flow or the blower it a/c control. I have just put a new battery in the car and the check the output of the ATl.
the Alt is working correctly.

This problem occur during driving not on start up
