AC Clutch

My AC is not working. Am I correct in assuming that the clutch should be spinning with the pulley when the air is on?

Yes that is correct when the a/c is turned on the clutch is supposed to spin with the pulley

yes, your a/c clutch should turn with the pulley if your system have enough freon to activate the pressure switch and then the voltage get to the clutch.
