A/C blows cold then hot

There's a good chance the system is low on refrigerant. A common source of leaks on the 960 is from the A/C Evaporator. There may be other issues too so I suggest having a mechanic perform a check of the system. http://repairpal.com/volvo-repair-in-fairmount-georgia
