Have replaced the blower motor an resistor.. the ac an heat control module.. still no heat or air.. the clutch an compressor both have power and are working but no power to blower motor..2004 Ford F-150

Test Fuse #116 a 30 AMP Fuse. That is the fuse for the blower motor, and the relay #R06 Full ISO relay is for the Blower motor....
