What is your question?
I have an 2003 Denali which has had a new compressor, rec./dryer, clutch fan, freon recharge, new water pump, and coolant flush. Still continue to have problem with overheating with A/C running after 15 min. of stop and go traffic. After brief idling air becomes less cool and progressively becomes worse the longer truck is in (stop and go traffic) situation. As soon as truck starts moving again air cools down and thermostat returns to normal. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the airflow through the condenser/radiator is an issue. Make sure the radiator fans are working properly and that the condenser and radiator are not plugged with debris.
