A/C and heater not working, wont blow hot or cold air? Outside temp not working either

Hello, this sounds like an issue with the Dual Zone Automatic Temperature Control system. Check for fuses that may be blown first, since the control appears to be non-responsive. Then, testing must be done to find out what's causing the failure.
