AC and heater not outputting.

The blend air door on your HVAC housing may be stuck midway or broken. This would prevent you from obtaining full heat or full cold. Other things to consider are A/C output, have A/C serviced or heater core blockage. But for both to happen at the same time sounds like my first answer.
