A noise that occurs on left hand turns sounds like something is rolling then banging.

I own a 2000 Nissan Altima. Its actually the wifes car. I just did her front breakes (pads, rotors, caliper brackets, new slider pins with boots.) A week later she calls me outside to listen the this new noise. Its only when shes turning left into driveway and it sounds like a bowling ball rolling the hitting the side. Help
