A cd is jammed inside!!

I just saw your question - if you haven't gotten it out yet maybe this will be some help. This happened to me too and the only way I wa able to fix it was to remove the player from the dash. The cove panel prys off fairly easily. I the unbolted the player and pulled it out and removed the outer cover. I was then able to see the stuck disc and after tinkering with it a bit I was able to get it to eject. I don't know if this was true of yours but don't use discs that have paper labels on the surface - they get stuck fairly often
