97 PA vacuum leak on the fuel injectors
What is your question?
I have installed a new upper intake manifold and getting P0170 code "lean bank 1". I have changed all the vacuum hose and was still getting the same code. So I started spraying carb cleaner around, and when I sprayed near and on/around the injectors, the RPM would jump up. I ordered Uremco injector seal kit and installed the new filter,o-rings and pintle caps. And still getting the code. Do I need new injectors?

Yes, only around front fuel injectors.
Vacuum leak is still present - possibly intake gasket.. Carb cleaner will fan out even with straw attached.. Difficult to spray EXACTLY where you want to. I am assuming injector seals are doing their job (?)
