4.8 V8 w/110,000 mi. Recently replaced Fuel Filter, Fuel line (supply) and fuel filter. It turns over and starts right up, runs well for 10-20 seconds and peters out. Is there a sensor or something that may be causing this to occur?
What is your question?
initially the engine would turn over and fire but would not start. I figured it to be a fuel issue and changed the filter. The lies at the filter were corroded so I replaced the line from the tank to the filter and from the filter to the last connection at the engine. After doing this I still could not get the engine to run more than 5 seconds so I replaced the fuel pump.

I will check the security light this weekend. One point of clarification, recently replaced, the second note of fuel filter should have been Fuel Pump.
Thanks,
No the security light is not flashing. I started the truck this afternoon and it started right up and ran smoothly for about 10-15 seconds, then started to run rough, I put it into gear and it seemed to have smoothed out, when I press on the acceleration it wanted to stall. I put it into park and it ran for a good minute or so before it started to sputter and stall out. Right after it stalls out It will start right up and run smoothly for 10-15 seconds every time I turn the key.
