2015 jeep cherokee front wheels sound like a grinding sound but new brakes are on them

Hello, Grinding when stopping alone would make me consider the brakes, but grinding while turning without use of the brakes directs my attention to the wheel bearings. It would be a bit of a shock to find that the wheel bearings are already failing, but not unheard of. In either case, have the brakes and wheel bearings inspected as soon as possible to avoid any complications of the issue.
