A/c problem.... when my car moving ac blows cold air when I'm at a red light my car blows hot air and mins after my car runs hot...
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, it's just a guess, but my first concern that would affect both hot AC air when stopped and engine overheating is the lack of an operating condenser / radiator fan. This keeps things cool with no air flow moving through otherwise, such as when the vehicle is not moving. Check to see if the fan is working at all. It can be several other things causing this issue, so carefully troubleshoot in any case.
