2011 Jeep Compass Latitude radiator fan wont turn off

What is your question?

Originally car wouldn't start but had power. Battery was fine. Found relays by drivers side wheel well were corroded. Replaced the relays and the car started. But the cooling fan won't shut off. Swapped some relays out to ensure a relay wasn't stuck. Fan still won't shut off. Any suggestions?
