2010 journey single zone heat/cool , no heat passenger side

Hello, If you are getting no heat on one side with a single zone HVAC system, there is likely some obstruction in the duct. Remove the trim panels from under the dash, and feel to see where the ducts get warm on the way to the driver and passenger side. Also, the blend door actuator should work for the driver and passenger side on a single zone system, so this may boil down to the design of the system where the pathway of air splits to the individual ducts. Identifying hot and cold areas of the ducts is a great way to find obstructions.
