2008 prius won't start.

2008 Prius won't start. Lights all will come on. When trying to start it nothing happens. Car will only go from park to neutral, not reverse or drive. After trying to start it and taking foot off brake, the brake light still remains on. Tried jumping it, still nothing. Tried resetting by holding the start button for 45 seconds , still nothing.
