2008 Nissan Titan turning over it acts like it’s not getting fire or fuel

If the engine is not starting when cranking, you will have to actively check for fuel delivery and ignition spark as well as proper amounts of air coming into the intake manifold. Any of these areas with "too much" or "not enough" would indicate a problem. I don't trust diagnostic trouble codes if you cannot properly run the vehicle. You mentioned "a O2 sensor" code but - I would ask what the code is and then we could learn if it's lean, rich or a circuit issue noted. This can help perhaps, but still, go back to the basics.
