2006 pontiac solstice lock symbol on the dash is on I try to start it won't cran

I've have some experience with these computer I think the BCM is bad because there's no power to airbag, and I/P for fuel and radiator cooling fan not working I'm going to try a used BCM and see what happens I don't if it can be reprogrammed but anyway thanks for your help much Appreciated Ron
