What is your question?
2006 Crossfire engine stall and engine will not restart until it has set for at least an hour or more. The car is extremely clean and only has 37,000 miles on it. I purchased it last week for my son with no warranty. The dealer offered to look at it but was unable to get a code and was unable to duplicate the stalling. The dealer drove the car but it did not stall for him. The engine stall typically occurs when the car has been driven 3 to 20 miles. There is no warning, no sputter, and no check engine light. If I try to start it immediately it will either not start, or start and will run poorly with the gas all the way to the floor. Since we purchased the car we use only premium fuel as specified by the manufacture. The dealer told me they would work on it but it needs to have a code. Any recommendations?

Not every failure generates a diagnostic trouble code. Therefore, whereas I agree the symptom needs to occur so that a technician can evaluate what is happening, relying on a code showing up will not be successful. Often times fuel system issues with fuel delivery not getting to the engine is needed could happen without setting codes. Have your fuel pressure checked especially when the concern occurs.
