New fuel pump, new battery, new pcm with matching key and ignition switch. Relays are good. Green key light on dash is still flashing? HELP!

This kind of stuff drives me crazy. Why a new fuel pump? I don't think I've ever seen a fuel pump failure in the last 20 years on a Honda or Acura. Yet, people just replace them as a guess. What for? And new PCM?!? I have seen maybe 4 or 5 PCM's in the last 20 years on these. And usually it's due to water intrusion or a ground issue. Have you bothered performing a diagnostic test? By the way, if the green key on the dash is flashing, it's your immobilizer system kicking in to prevent vehicle starting. Your "matching key" does not seem to be matching at all. It would be best to spend far less than you already have to have a professional diagnostic test performed and repair the item that needs repaired.
