What is your question?
Lights are on the dash, but it won't turn on. There's no ticking at all, the day before it stop working it seemed that the alternator was going out because everything was flickering but i just bought a new battery and the negative cable is loose to point i can twist it off and on. My car stopped in traffic and wouldn't start until i got out twisted the cable and it started back up. But the next day nothing happened not even with a jump. Is it the STARTER, ALTERNATOR or something else.. Help

Hello, the first thing that must be corrected is that negative cable concern. If either battery cable will not connect as it should - securely - then not only will you not have the power you need to start the vehicle properly but the charging system will not be able to recharge the battery properly, nor run the vehicle the right way. Something as comparatively simple as a loose battery cable -- even that can't be tightened and needs to be replaced as a result -- can cause significant problems. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
