What is your question?
2002 Mercury Grand Marquis that gets water pooling in rear passenger footwell. I have resealed with rtv the fresh air intake on passenger side already and it didnt affect it any. Literal pooling after normal rain. Seems worse when car is parked up hill or level. Downhill doesnt seem to leak. I have found water in the floor vent under the passenger side front seat. I would almost swear its coming out of the small floor vent. No anti-freeze. No loss of coolant at all. Never had this issue till car was parked for a couple months. Doesnt come from doors i checked.. I am at a loss! Even tried putting a shop vac on the vent to see if i could tell where it may be coming from at the cowl and no luck. Any ideas?

How long has your 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis had this problem?

Reckon it could be the A/C drain tube is clogged and condensation is collecting inside the HVAC case then running onto floor board? Parking front with end uphill will cause water to run towards the back end - for some funny reason.
