2001 Chrysler Sebring burning oil. I smell burning oil every time I drive the car. I smell it mostly when I turn off the engine.

If the engine is burning oil you will see the exhaust pipe will have a wet black look to it at the tail pipe and the rear bumper may even be stained from the burning oil smoke. Get a friend to drive behind you and see if the car emits blue/gray smoke as you accelerate or after idling the engine for several minutes when you accelerate away from rest does it smoke out the tail pipe. If so the engine may have worn piston rings or worn valve guides/seals. It is a possibility what you are smelling is an engine oil leak perhaps from valve cover gaskets that leaks oil onto the hot exhaust where it is burned and that is most likely what you are smelling.
