09 Honda Civic rough idle after driving for awhile.

What is your question?

I just got an 09 Honda Civic. I noticed that after driving it for awhile it has a rough idle, it vibrates. It just passed the emissions test. Should I be concerned? This is my first Honda and I don't know how they normally idle.
