What is your question?
I have a 2006 Chevy Colorado and when driving on flat terrain it runs great but when going up a hill it acts like it wants to backfire but if its spark plugs or coil pack miss firing its not showing any codes. the rpm for the motor doesn't change either. I only have about 4500 miles on my last spark plug change, and replaced 3 coil packs due to codes. I had the whole air system cleaned and it did not help. My RPMs got a lot better along with the idling but has not solved the other.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Going up a hill (incline) (worse)
How long has your 2006 Chevrolet Colorado had this problem?
about a month

Make sure the air filter is not clogged and then move on to checking fuel pressure. Also, if this started happening after the spark plugs then check the gap and make sure they are the correct plugs.
