What is your question?
200 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD won't start. Outside temp is not really an issue. Ran fine yesterday. This morning it cranked but wouldn't turn over. Tried turning the key three times and it finally worked. Now it won't start again. It sounds like it will turn over then it just doesn't. I have had the worst luck with cars. Lately every single car I get into has broken in someway, shape, or form. I really hope it is just a dead battery. If anyone knows anything or has an idea of what it could be please help!!

Don't understand your question!.. When you turn the key to the start position, what happens? .. Does the starter CRANK the engine over .. but it will not START up and run.. OR ... It does nothing at all like the battery is dead??
I believe JessMarie is having the same problem I am. When you turn the key to start, the engine turns over but it will not catch. After doing this 3 or 4 times (basically priming it), the engine will catch, but shudder, and maybe if you feather the throttle *just right*, you'll get lucky and the engine will even out into a normal idle. It feels like the engine is not getting enough fuel.. Or that it is not holding fuel pressure at the rail. But neither are completely true. More than likely the engine is getting too much air, which the computer tries to compensate for by adding more fuel. ----- http://repairpal.com/OBD-II-Code-P0171-and-P0174 ----- I'm a month and half, maybe two months ahead of JessMarie's problem. I finally found the vacuum leak on the underside of the air intake, after the MAP sensor.. Where the rubber meets the plastic... Looks like my intake was pushed down onto the motor and slowly had a flat spot/ pin hole melted into it. I hope this helps clarify things, and to solve JessMarie's problem as well. Good luck!
