My 1994 Dodge B150 van won't start in cold weather until the ignition is left in on for 30-40 minutes, then a relay clicks for a while and then it will start. Any ideas, anyone

ive put in a new computer, new starter cellinoid, new ignition coil from the distributer, new cranck sensor, and a new coil, and i still have the same problem, and ive checked all the ground cables,so it has to be the key ignition is all i can come up with, what have you tried?
ive had to hotwire the key ignition because it wouldnt start with the key
what kind of climate are you normally in? mine will only start on warm and dry days
have you checked fuel pump if it has a check valve that gos bad, same problem with mine .
i have the same thing going on did you get your van fix
PCM PCM PCM. It is the PCM unit.. After much research (I had the same issue) PCM !!!!!
