Windshield wipers make noise dragging on windows

Hello, The most likely possibility is that the windshield inserts have worn out, or are dirty. Low grade windshield wipers can allow the tips of the wipers to contact the windshield as well, or may be too brittle to properly conform to the windshield. I recommend using a higher grade of windshield wipers, or washing the windshield with a window cleaner designed for beading water. Lastly, never use the windshield wipers on solid ice or when dry.
