Windshield Washer leak

What is your question?

My 2003 Suburban developed a leak in the windshield washer system, either near or on the reseroir. I have replaced the plastic container, only to still have the leak present. Very difficult to isolate as the drip is slow and water puddles on a flat spot on the tank. There are 2 electrical pumps (one to the front wiper, one to the back wiper?) in addition to a electrical float. Any known issues? Suggested repairs?
