Why won't 2010 Tribeca start after steering column damaged by theifs?

What is your question?

My Tribeca was broken into and the steering column was bashed in with a rock. The lights turn on but it won't start. It seems as if an immobilizer was triggered, but we don't know how to turn it off. Please help! Thanks!

Sorry for your trouble. If the immobilizer is damaged it must be repaired and reprogramed before the vehicle will start again. The vehicle will need to be towed. There is no way to bypass the theft system. If you need more help please give me a call and we would be happy to help you we have time this week.
