Why does the fault p06af00 pop up every once in a while on my 2012 amg e63?

There is a fault code that pops up every once in a while saying torque limitation showing from the ME code p06af00? It’s saying the control system has triggered torque limitation. I took the vehicle to the dealer and the code wouldn’t show up therefore they couldn’t diagnose the problem but one of the mechanic said it could be cause my rear tires are bigger than required for the vehicle could this cause the code to pop up?
