Why does my vehicle have no power?

What is your question?

I checked the battery and the accessory battery and both are good but my van will not read the key or even work any of the accessories, it is acting as if it were dead even though it is not. Does anyone know what I may be looking at?

What makes this problem better or worse?

onthing makes a change in the vehicle. I did check the fuses but cannot find any diagrams for the relays.

How long has your 2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 had this problem?
