The pump is in the injection pump on the motor. This system draws fuel from the tank to the injector pump. The system is designed so you can run out of fuel on the road and refill tank with fuel and there is a hand pump on the top of your fuel filter, (passenger side by firewall) open the plastic bleeder screw and start pumping till you get a no bubbles stream out of your filter. Close the bleeder screw and pump till the pump is rock hard and will not push down by hand. I use the butt of a shop hammer to ease the job, makes a larger surface to push on and you can use both hands. Crank the motor after this with another vehicle attached with jumper cables and you will get a good crank speed. Will take a moment of cranking to start, and you may have to pump the filter pump again till it is hard. NO EITHER, NEVER. If someone tries to spray either in one of these tackle him and spray him.
