Hello, This is a well known issue with three main causes (check these first). You already checked sunroof drains. Leaky seal on the passenger side between hood and windshield. This seal keeps water from entering the vehicle where the air conditioner pulls fresh air into the car. The seal goes bad, and needs to be replaced. Drain plugs under the carped may be loose or deteriorated. Heater core may be leaking antifreeze into the carpet.
