When I start vehicle a loud screaching noise come from under hood.
What is your question?
Seems to happen after car has been sitting for at least 3 to 4 hours. Some one suggested a pulley problem. Need advice.

Sounds like a glazed or slipping belt. How old is your drive belt(s)? Does anything change if your start the car with the A/C on and then off? here are some shops to help you:http://repairpal.com/isuzu-repair-in-flagler-beach-florida

I've tried 2 new belts and it still makes the same noise. We also put a new bearing in the pulley. With the air on it does seem to do it more. Although it still does it with it off also.
