What Tool do i need to take window sweep off of 1990 e150 ford van

inner and outer weather strip. i think ..i want to replace my weather strip around my passenger side,window and the inner and outer that fit on top door where the window comes up metal rubber like piece

I don't know that any particular tool is needed; often times these are crimped to fit the sheet metal. There may be a screw or bolt attaching a side. Maybe have a local tech near you look at it with you - i'm sure a good one local to you would not charge you to look at it in brief.
