Hello, it's hard to say what is happening with hands n inspection. Your vehicle does have dual zone climate control, so there could be a concern with the motors that move the door to direct the proper hot or cold air mixture through the vents on each side. As far as blower speed of "3" it's hard to say if there is an issue there, or the same door motor issue is influencing air flow negatively there also.
