2013 Prius C 80K miles After routine dealer maintenance visit, none of my apps worked \, Bluetooth, GPS, etc. Took back twice, they said my problem broken radio. Is their a reboot or anything to fix this? Worked great when i drove in, didn't work when I drove out.

Seems suspect that there would be a coincidence like you are saying, yet for maintenance, repair facilities typically do not do anything to an audio unit. If I was in your shoes, I'd interface with your service manager at your dealership and ask for him/her to look into it and help you out.
