What does Reduced Engine Pressure mean? Car wouldn't run.

What is your question?

Just got car not even 2 months ago and car was back at dealer for 3 times for the radiator and now this. Salesman trying to tell me that i bought as is however there is in no way it past safety inspection. I would like to know what the message displayed means. Is the engine damaged? Or can it be something simple. They will be fixing it or trading the car for another one. Is it possible they lied about passing inspection?

Do u have owners manual goggle it online ,I'm not familiar with those cars ,I've heard about it though,I think there lying in saying it passed,yeah. They reset that code and sent it through inspection,most likely. I would go online and goggle that message with year of car and you'll find the answer...
