What is your question?
I had my 2009 smart fortwo car repaired and found out that it had the wrong radiator clamps installed on it and that it had damaged the coolant fittings. There was no coolant. Can having the wrong radiator clips installed have caused a coolant leak?

Coolant leaking from the radiator hose clamps would have been pretty obvious - can’t imagine the personnel at a legitimate repair facility missing that.. I guess return to facility for *hands-on* evaluation. Good luck!
I suppose if the hose clamps were not actually clamping the hose then of course that can cause a leak.. Some-thing is certainly amiss here.
