Does my 2000 lincoln town car have cabin air filters? MY car has new condensor and compressor but air seems to blow weak as if filters are dirty. Defrost was weak also last winter.

A 2000 Town Car does not have a cabin filter. I would be concerned about an air flow issue - is the air getting directed properly? Also, your system could be icing up - if the cycle switch has an issue, the compressor may stay on too long and ice up the evaporator core. Then you get no air flow. Last, your blower motor or blower speed controller could be failing. This is if fan speed seems week, not just air flow.
My mechanic says the vent door is not opening. The motor that opens the door is working, but the door is worn out were the motor drives it open . Have to remove dash to replace vent door.
That sounds abnormal. How can you prove the motor is working but the door is not...without pulling the dash? You can't see much. In any case, you probably have to get into the dash anyway...
Maloysuser on June 11,2018 I just went to the trouble of dropping my dash to replace vend motor ony to find that was not the trouble! Still no air.
