Vehicle will not charge. Runs fine on gas

Hello, either the charger is inoperative, or the vehicle has a concern that will need troubleshooting to resolve. Does the vehicle charge with the cable that was provided with the vehicle? Does it charge with any charger, besides the one you speak of? If not, then testing will be required for the on board charging system.
